"I AM FROM VYPOLZOVO " Painting In the small hall | | | | | | | | | | | | "I was born on May 20, 1974 in Samara, my parents were engineers, my grandfather on the mother’s side was a graphic designer. Following his advice I decided to enter Samara art college, but I didn’t graduate it and left for St. Petersburg to volunteer at the Academy of Fine Arts, which I tried to enter. Then I returned back to Samara. I have been painting for nearly 8 years. Mostly I make landscapes and also portraits. Colour is what matters most. I love nature, it’s fun to hitchhike with a backpack, to ride a bike, to paddle. This exhibition is called "I am from Vypolzovo ". Vypolzovo is a village in Samara Bend, the most beautiful place in the world, where I paint much from nature. In Samara I have done several personal exhibitions, participated in the exhibition “Youth of Russia” in Moscow, in regional exhibitions in Volga region. In 2005 I entered the creative union of Russian artists. My works are in collections in New Zealand, Australia and the USA” Andrey Danilov |
