"Workshop 3. 14" has been working as a group since 2003. In 2003 it participated in the exhibition at the Expo-centre "Eurasia". In 2004 the workshop exhibited its big and small compositions made of balloons at the 5th international festival of balloons in Moscow.
2005 - exhibition at the Polytechnic museum.
In 2006 the workshop becomes a participant of International Olympic competitions in body-art within the festival “Neva banks”. In 2007 Yelena Nesterova, participating in “Neva banks” contest, ranked the 2nd. "Workshop 3. 14" won the special spectators’prize. In 2008 "Workshop 3. 14" actively participated in different body-art competitions and won orders, medals, cups… Among them - International Olympic competitions “Moscow banks” where Yelena Nesterova was the 2nd not only in terms of cups but in terms of US dollars as well, the fact provoking avidity and lust for new achievement J What comes next, folks?

Evgeny Savitsky
Graphic artist, animator and generator of ideas. Has been working in the workshop since the day of its foundation. Takes active part in cultural activities of the group. Has won multiple prizes in festivals and competitions in body-art. Creates unique merry images in his peculiar style. The dwellers of his inner world have been for many years an object of jealousy and inspiration for his friends and colleagues. Of course, Evgeny Savitsky looks like a human, but appearances are often deceitful! J
 
Yelena Nesterova
Native of 1975, born and survived in Petrograd J
Started her creative activities after systematization of the skills, which took place under close supervision of LOKKI specialists. All the works done during the professional orientation process are preserved in the exhibition funds of the educational establishment.
Having united in herself different spiritual qualities (and quantities), Yelena Nesterova began to regard herself as creative unity. The very name "Workshop 3. 14" speaks for itself.

Manifesto
Ideology/Theses /Position
1. First, stupidity is eternal that is why our trend is rooted in such extreme antiquity, which can be just guessed by moss-covered historians in deepest marasmus.
2. Our art is senseless and remorseless as the life itself, that is why the depth of a pot is always seen in our art.
3. Therefore the actuality of our union in the modern world is sure to be doubted – like everything bright and advanced.
4. The struggle between the forces of light and the forces of reason always takes place in the conditions of badgering and total teasing and this is just one more reason for the members of "Workshop 3. 14" to heroically protect their lousy position.
5. As for politics we would be honest. We are as greedy as all the most remarkable figures of our political world so pay us more and we won’t refuse.
6. It is very important not only to look in the window but also to ride the underground – not to get separated from the nation. This is our leader’s guarantee.
7. In the third place, smoking is healthy and art is not. If we combine both – we get zero.
