«CHOICE OF A MILK JUG» Photography In the small hall | | | | Vodyanitsky’s new photo projects transfers actual political problems into everyday life; it’s a case of choice or rather of problem of choice of a usual table setting item, a milk jug. And this is when the need of it in a modern kitchen is pretty doubtful. Thus it rather goes about losing rituals, which can be observed in all spheres of HOMO VCONTACTECUS’s life. The author keeps to his traditional technique, minimalist portraits of people and objects are black and white, as usual… Konstantin Vodyanitsky Was born in Nizhny Novgorod in 1967. After graduating Taganrog Radio Technical Institute he worked in Toliatti as a systems engineer. Since 2001 he’s been living and working in St Petersburg. At present he’s a freelance photographer, a member of Russian Artists’ Union (St Petersburg), International Federation of Artists (IFA ). www.tsh-solyaris.narod.ru/img25.html www.vnedry.narod.ru
